Several weeks ago, we reported a pending permitting application for business/commercial development of the Doty Sandpit / Landfill (read original announcement here).  As a result of public response, the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality has issued a NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to review impact on neighboring communities and those downstream along Keegans Bayou including BVWCA.

 

Please take a moment to review the issued documents and consider participating in the process to ensure adequate discussion and studies are done to measure any negative impact this new development are addressed.
