Pool Registration Starts This Weekend
Come verify that your pool access cards were reactivated at the Community Clubhouse at one of the available time slots below.

Saturday MAY 9
2 time slots: 10-12 noon & 1-3pm
2 time slots: 10-12 noon & 1-3pm
Thursday, MAY 14
6-7pm, before monthly HOA meeting
Saturday, MAY 16
10am - 12 noon
6-7pm, before monthly HOA meeting

10am - 12 noon
These 4 time slots are provided to residents to register and confirm status of their pool access cards here in the community. Once these dates have passed, residents will be required to visit the Sterling Management's Sugar Land office (off site) to register and/or fix issues with their access cards.

Residents can also submit their proxy form while registering for pool access to ensure we will have quorum for the annual meeting.
IMPORTANT - Please note:
- HOA Dues & Assessments must be up-to-date.
- All residents must show Photo ID to register.
- Renters need to be bring copy of current lease.
- DOWNLOAD 2026 Pool Season Schedule.
- DOWNLOAD Pool Access Application.
- Residents using the pool automatically agree to follow the GENERAL POOL RULES.
BVWCA uses Brivo for its mobile access card system.
