2025 Pool Season Opens Memorial Day Weekend.

Pool season starts Memorial Day Weekend and goes thru Labor Day, 2025.
Registration Dates:
Saturday, May 10th: 10am - 12pm (noon)
Saturday, May 17th: 10am - 12pm (noon)
New residents or residents that did not register last year should fill out the Pool Access Card Application and bring it to one of the registration dates. Mobile access via Brivo is free. A physical keycard is $7.
Renters will need to additionally provide a copy of their current lease.
(Homeowner must be current on dues / fines)
Residents using the pool automatically agree to follow the GENERAL POOL RULES.
Did you register last year?
Residents who registered last year and have access cards and/or mobile Brivo accounts do not need to re-register. If your HOA account is current (all dues and assessments paid in full), you will be automatically reactivated Memorial Day Weekend.
Delinquent accounts and/or accounts with outstanding fine balances will not be activated.
Homeowners should contact Sterling ASI to discuss options.
Replacement cards are $14.
