Birds, Blooms, Beats & Bikes
Saturday, April 26th 8:30-11:30am From Sign-in's to Set-Up/Take Down, we need volunteers in a variety of assignments. If you are able to assist with any of the following items, please contact friendsofkeeganssw@yahoo.com.

Between now and Event Day:
- We need a source for light weight benches for seating.
- Website Technical Help
- Social / Email Marketing to contacts.
- Donations always accepted and appreciated.
Day before Event (Friday, April 25th):
- 1:00 pm pick up tables and 2 tents from the Hub of the Houston Tool Bank on Kimberly
- This is a 25 minute drive from BVWCA.
Day of Event (April 26th) and after:
- 8:00 - 9:45 sign in visitors to the Trail event from the Willow Meadow Crosswalk.
- 9:30-10:00 set up four tables and tents at the Bridge.
- Unload supplies at 9:30 from 9099 Gustine Lane.
- We can not do this before 9:30 - or it can disturb the birds at the Bridge at the conclusion of the Birdwalk.
- 11:30 remove table and tents for pick-up at 9099 Gustine Lane.
- Return table/tents during following week.
Participants are encouraged to bring lightweight folding chairs and wagons/dollies for hauling belongings to/from event sites.
