Braeburn Valley West has contracted “Armed Security on Bikes” as our new neighborhood patrol, effective March 1, 2023. The new contract will expand our coverage and allow more focused attention to neighborhood issues. (Due to the size of our neighborhood, patrolling officers will be in vehicles.)

Mark your calendars for an official “Meet & Greet” with your new patrol at the next HOA meeting, March 9th, 7pm at the Clubhouse.

Safe Zone for purchases established

The Brays Oaks District (BOMD) has established a Safe Zone location at the HPD S. Gessner Sub-Station and, in partnership with the Five Corners District (FCD), a Safe Zone location at the Southwest HPD Sub-Station where people can securely complete purchases of items they ordered on Craig's List and similar websites. HPD and the Constable would like to know who has video cameras. This will help Law Enforcement gather important evidence. Email security@braeburnvalleywest.com with your name, address and phone number. All information will be kept confidential by Law Enforcement and the subdivision.

Burglaries of unlocked vehicles
The Constables have seen an uptick in Burglaries of Unlocked Vehicles during the past week. Can you please help get the word out to all residents in the neighborhood; 1-DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CARS. 2-LOCK UP YOUR CARS. 3- YOUR FRONT PORCH LIGHTS AND DRIVEWAY LIGHTS ON. I do not want the thieves to think this contract is fair game and with our help we can make the Community more safe. Thanks. Constable’s Office.
