DOTY TCEQ PERMIT HEARING
scheduled for Monday, May 18th
The following is from Mike Bercu, a long-time residents of BVWCA heavily involved in civic affairs and monitoring developments that impact BVWCA.
I am reaching out to stakeholders who want to know more about the Doty TCEQ Permit Hearing om May 18th at 7:00 PM.
- The hearing is to require better permitting to protect the Keegan's and Brays Watershed
- Stormwater runoff
- Environmental impact
- Flooding
- Green Space
- Pollution
- We expect to learn more about the Developer's plan:
- How they want to develop the property
- On how they will fit in Southwest Houston urbanization
- Join us for an afternoon Zoom meeting this Friday after 1:00 to:
- Meet our legal representation
- Learn how the TCEQ Hearing will work
- How strong community support can influence the final project
- Questions we should be asking.
