Deed Restrictions
In order to protect neighborhood character and property values and comply with established city ordinances, Braeburn Valley West residents are expected to adhere to a set of guidelines, published in our Deed Restrictions and Rules & Regulations.
These guidelines govern allowed changes and maintenance activities related to the exterior of your home and property.
A few of the more commonly discussed
Deed Restrictions:
- No Commercial or Recreational Vehicles can be parked or stored on your property.
- No commercial activity that creates traffic or impedes the residential character of the neighborhood.
- Garage Sales are limited to 2x per year during approved dates.
- All exterior changes to your home required pre-approval by the Architectural Control Committee, before start of project.
- Lawn should be maintained in manner that is neat and orderly with grass not more than 5-6" in height.
