Refreshments will be served for those attending. Representatives from both the City, and Security Company will be attending the public comment sessions, which will start at 6:30pm. Immediately following, residents will vote on the two (2) open board member seats.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR PROXY VOTE:
If not planning to attend the annual meeting, please be sure to submit your Proxy Form so we can reach quorum and perform necessary community business. Proxy forms have also been mailed to all homeowners to the address on record for their account. Or, you can download one here.

NOTE: While all residents are encouraged to attend the annual meeting, only homeowners can vote in elections. Each property / lot is allowed a single vote by the homeowner of record.
