District J, Good Neighbor Program is still accepting applicants.

Did you know District J has a Good Neighbor Program, designed to assist residents with home related maintenance and repairs? The initiative is managed by the district and is currently accepting applicants.
To qualify, applicants must meet at least one (1) of the following criteria:
- Be a senior citizen (65+).
- Be a homeowner with a disability.
- Be a veteran.
To apply or refer a homeowner, please click the button below or contact our office directly at districtj@houstontx.gov. The District J team will guide you through the application process and answer any questions you may have.
