Houston's Prohibited Yard Parking Program protects property values, prevents underground infrastructure damage, and preserves neighborhood aesthetics by banning vehicle parking on unpaved front and side yards.

• Save pipes: Prevent heavy cars from breaking underground city lines.
• Look nice: Stop messy lawns and messy street views.

Violators will be reported to 311 and can face city-enforced fines for repeat offenses.
