New ACC Application posted to Documents Area

An updated version of the Architectural Control Committee application has been posted to the website for use by residents in submitting exterior modifications/improvement projects for board approval.

- BVWCA is a Deed Restricted community and all homeowners agree to abide by the ACC Rules and Regulations as part of homeownership in the community.
- Exterior changes to your home required pre-approval by the Architectural Control Committee, before start of project.
- The first page includes instructions for submitting your project.
- Allow up to 30 days for the approval process
- Please discard older versions of this application.
- Visit the Documents area on the website for instructions on how to appeal an ACC Decision.
