Deed Restriction Reminder: Commercial Vehicles
Posted on Sep 17th, 2026

Hi neighbors! We want to share a quick reminder regarding the community guidelines for parking commercial vehicles within Braeburn Valley West.

To help keep our neighborhood safe, tidy, and less attractive to opportunistic thieves or vandals, commercial vehicles are not permitted to park in the neighborhood overnight.

What counts as a commercial vehicle?
  • Any vehicle displaying commercial signage, logos, or wraps.
  • Vehicles carrying visible work equipment (such as ladders, tools, or building materials).
  • Vehicles towing landscaping equipment or other work-related trailers.
How can you comply?
  • Remove identifying items: If you drive a work vehicle, it may be parked in the neighborhood only if all commercial signs, ladders, and equipment are completely removed or stored out of sight.
  • Use alternative storage: If equipment or signs cannot be removed, these vehicles and trailers must be parked at an off-site storage facility.
