Board Member Election Results

Thank you to everyone who participated (whether in person or by proxy) in our Annual HOA Meeting on June 11th. We discussed crucial community updates from our Armed Security team and Super Neighborhood 36, followed by our Board elections.
Elected Board Members - 2026
Angel Morin (Re-elected):
A long-time resident and board member since 2009, Angel will continue serving as Secretary. He looks forward to cultivating our community's cultural diversity and fostering a stronger association.
Kelly Criner (New Member):
Joining for her first term, Kelly brings a strong background in education, retail management, and event planning. As a 30-year resident and Heavy Trash Committee member, she is dedicated to keeping our neighborhood connected and protected.
A Special Thank You
We officially bid farewell to Vivek Reddy as he retired his term on the Board this past Thursday. Thank you, Vivek, for your patience, gentle oversight, and hard work in making our meetings and Association business run smoothly! We hope to see you at future neighborhood events.
