Community Garage Sale: October 2nd-4th

Our community garage sale is still on! While rain is in the forecast, it’s under 1 inch each day—not enough to reschedule. You may want to protect your setups from the occasional rainstorm. We’ll continue to monitor the weather and will notify you if anything changes.

Community Garage Sale Dates:

Friday - October 2nd

Saturday - October 3rd

Sunday - October 4th

Residents are free to select their own sale hours.
7am- 4/5pm is recommended.
Plan on your highest traffic between 7am - 11am (before it gets hot).
Residents may promote their sales and items for sale on the Community Facebook page (for week of sale only).

We need volunteers to put up the Plainfield and Willow Meadow entrances on Wednesday.

Residents should also put out signage leading to their individual home sales.

Community announcements will be posted to Craigs List and NextDoor.

RESIDENT SIGNAGE should be placed out no sooner than Thursday evening and please be sure to COLLECT THEM ONCE YOUR SALE IS FINISHED!

Additionally, we ask residents to be cognizant that this is an approved garage sales weekend, and to not remove signage. Also, please note traffic may be higher in the community this weekend so please SLOW DOWN.
